The philosophy each unit at the Sanitation Authority follows is that of transparency and perfection. We hold our units to high standards as it is our aim to provide the public with exemplary service on a consistent basis. Through quarterly evaluations, field testing and customer feedback the Commission is able to provide each unit director with a physical metric which displays outstanding performances as well as areas where adjustments are warranted. Sanitation Authority Units & Ratings
Quarterly the Authority Commission Board will evaluate functioning units and grade them according to customer satisfaction reviews, real time field performance and skills and knowledge tests. Results are posted quarterly.
