Q. Are you a government regulated entity?

A. The Sanitation Authority is not government regulated nor do operate on behalf of any municipality. However, we do offer contract services to municipal entities to assist them with their daily operations.

Q. Are there any jobs considered "too minor" to warrant the services of the Sanitation Authority?

A. There are no jobs deemed "too large" or "too small" for us to attend to, we have the ability to operate at all capacities with no minimums.

Q. I see a variety of Sanitation companies on your website and not sure which one to choose, how would I go about selecting the right one for my needs?

A. The Sanitation Authority is one entity and we created these specific companies to treat specific needs. Each company is significant in their makeup, for example: Sky One deals only in Airport and Aircraft Sanitation services while Big House is strictly committed to domestic cleaning. Tell us what you need and we will select the appropriate unit to assist you.

Q. Are you bonded and insured?

A. Yes we are fully bonded and insured.

Q. Can you provide a quote without a site visit?

A. We would prefer a site visit before any estimates are suggested. Both the site visit and quotes are free of charge.

Q. I would like reoccurring services, would I need to sign a contract?

A. A contract would be preferable just so that both parties have an understanding of the terms and conditions. However, you are not locked into a contract and if you would like to cancel your reoccurring service agreement we would request a 14 day notification.

Q. I would like a cleaning service but would request specific solutions used, is that possible?

A. Depending on the complexity of attaining choice products it is possible, however if the products must be shipped in then it may affect the cost and scheduling of the service.

Q. What is the Sanitation Authority's "Green policy"?

A. Our organization supports and uses Eco-Friendly, non-toxic plant based solutions for our general cleaning services. We are committed to preserving our environment with strict clean air practices.

Q. Does the Sanitation Authority deal with paint and graffiti removal?

A. Yes the Authority does offer paint and graffiti removal services for residential and commercial spaces.

Q. Can the Sanitation Authority disinfect my residence or business against COVID-19?
